A Gold Coast family business, on every site we build.

Marty Leonard runs the build. Katie Leonard runs the comms. Together we've built All Leonard Build into the Gold Coast extensions and custom build studio we'd want to hire ourselves.

The story

All Leonard Build started where most good builders do, on the tools. Twenty years of carpentry across the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales taught us what makes a home worth building, and what makes the building experience worth remembering.

We're a small studio by choice. Marty runs every build personally, Katie runs operations and client care, and we bring in trusted trades who've worked with us long enough to share the standard. That's the only way we know to keep the finish where it should be, and to keep showing up the day after handover, because clients become neighbours and references.

Today we focus on extensions, full home renovations, and custom new builds, including knockdown rebuilds, for clients across Tallebudgera, Burleigh, Palm Beach, Elanora, Robina and Mudgeeraba. Most of our projects sit between $500k and $1.2m, designed to last a generation in homes families plan to keep.

Marty has been building on the Gold Coast for over 20 years. He runs every project from quote through handover, and he's hands on across the build, regularly on site coordinating the trades, the program and the quality.
