Most full home renovations we run on the Gold Coast sit between 16 and 32 weeks on site, depending on scope, structural work and council approvals. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the same time as your fixed price quote, not a vague range.
Yes. A lot of our clients come to us with concept drawings already done. We'll work with your designer from day one, or recommend trusted local designers if you'd rather we coordinate the lot.
Sometimes, it depends on the scope. For staged renovations we can usually keep one wing or level habitable. For whole home rebuilds it's safer and faster to move out. We'll talk through the trade offs honestly during the consult.
Once the scope is locked in and the quote is signed, the price you see is the price you pay. Variations only happen if you change the scope, or if we genuinely uncover something hidden behind a wall. Either way, nothing moves without your sign off.
