Yes. A lot of Gold Coast hinterland and acreage blocks aren't flat, and most of our extension work involves engineered footings, retaining or split level tie ins. We've done plenty, we'll tell you straight if a block is genuinely too tough.
A renovation reworks what's already there. An extension adds new floor area, a new room, a new wing, or a whole second storey. Many of our projects are a combination: extend the footprint, then renovate what's left.
Almost always, yes. We handle the lot, town planning, building approvals, engineering and certifications, so you don't have to chase paperwork. We'll flag anything unusual before the quote is signed.
